As we work through these troubling and uncertain times, here at Spectrum Toys we are seeking to respond, in the most positive ways possible, to the challenges presented by Covid-19. We know these are especially difficult for people living with disabilities, so we will do all we can to continue to assist this community.

We are very much still open for business and would like to assure all our customers that we are taking precautions to ensure your safety. These include washing our hands before handling & packing products, monitoring our own health for symptoms & delivering products directly to our courier’s.

Because postal and delivery networks have been affected by the pandemic, we would also like to share with you some information from the Royal Mail & Parcel Force about changes to their services. Royal Mail are currently offering redelivery if you missed your home delivery.

Please note that we are monitoring the situation on deliveries on a daily basis and will do our best to minimise delays where possible. 

If you have recently placed an order with us & have not received your items between 3-5 working days, please contact us to resolve the issue.
