Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Spectrum Toys. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipments are not processed on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipment confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

 

Courier Services

We reserve the right to send parcels via other courier services from the one selected at checkout. The customer will not have to pay any extra charges incurred for postage, if the alternative courier service is cheaper, we will automatically refund the postage difference to the customer.

We will try our very best to select a service to match the one selected at checkout.     

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Spectrum Toys is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
